Any damage to the goods must be documented on the day that the package was delivered for a complaint to be approved. That is, it is the customer's responsibility to open the package at delivery and check that the product is complete and if not contact the store's customer service.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
As a customer, you always have 14 days' right of withdrawal under the distance contract law. This means that if you buy a product on mail order or by phone, TV shop or Internet, you have the opportunity to undo the purchase within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins to run from the day you received the item. Keep in mind that you can only regret the purchase of sealed consumables, such as DVD movies, toys, etc., if the sealing is unbroken.

If you are not likely to be satisfied with your product or regretted your purchase, please email us at damaxa@damaxa.se and write RETURN as well as the order number in the subject line. Also, write a message about what you want to return and why (just for our info so we'll get feedback on the item, color, size, etc.). You will be responsible for the return cost yourself and will be responsible for the delivery of the goods in full and in new condition. Once we receive your return, we will refund the money to your card or Paypal account within 10 days but may deduct from the shipping charge of 65 SEK.
